The Washington Center For Dentistry is a leading general and cosmetic dental practice in Washington. Voted Washington's Top Dental Experience for over 30 years, the center wanted to continue embracing innovation and excellence. They needed a vendor that would help them record sustainable growth.

The Challenge

 

The company was battling outdated systems, archaic tech, and performance issues with the previous vendor. DoctorLogic's reporting capabilities, opportunities dashboard, and reputation and review management were big draws. The prior vendor did not have any of these.

The Center signed with Doctorlogic in 2016 and increased their traffic YoY until 2020 because of COVID-19. By 2021, the center started to regain patients but needed content and site refresh. By 2022, the center had a noticeable gap in its social media strategy.

The Resolution Process

 

The Center was looking to differentiate its practice from corporate dentistry. They asked our team to build an easy-to-use website to help increase new patients and showcase their warm office culture. 
We realized the client had not refreshed their content in over three years. Our team got them on content marketing paired with a new website design to impact their organic search results.

Doctorlogic's website development strategy:

  • Responsive and functioning website: We built a website that looks great but functions seamlessly.
  • Unlimited pages: Our team used client profiles, procedures, photo galleries, and reviews to create and optimize new pages for search engines.
  • On-page editing: After creating content, Washington Dentistry had access to its website to make real-time edits without delays.
  • HIPAA complaint website: We ensured that Washington Dentistry had a HIPAA-compliant website.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

 

We discovered that their old web provider needed a better SEO strategy or a platform with customer tools. By prioritizing reviews and reputation for the Center, our SEO and local SEO experts focused increasing organic traffic levels.

  • Targeted thousands of keywords: Ranking on Google's first pages increases a website's visibility. Washington's Dentistry website was optimized to help search engines identify their site as relevant to specific keywords.

Social Media Strategy, Reputation, and Reviews

 

While the Center used social media, they didn’t have a clear content strategy other than wanting to use its social media presence to attract prospects and communicate with existing clients.

By the Q2 of 2022, we took over their social media to utilize boosting.

We crafted a strategy that demonstrated their welcoming atmosphere. Our team showcased their latest reviews on their social media handles.

Results

 

The Washington Center For Dentistry has seen a 63.3% increase in website conversions. They're leveraging the Doctorlogic Reputation Management Tool to manage their reputation and reviews.

Between the last two quarters of 2016 Vs. 2022, the Center has seen a 486% increase in Page 1 keyword rankings, a 21.6% increase in conversion rates, and a 244% increase in total keywords.

There was also a 304% increase in their top 3 keywords, a 28.6% increase in total traffic, and a 43.2 % increase in organic traffic.

The center no longer struggles to compete locally and gain insightful reporting. They now rank at the top of search results with access to an entire dashboard to track and monitor their website performance, track office calls, and view and manage leads.
